I love working for myself

I am listening to Sonata for vionin and piano No. 5 in F major by Beethoven. I first heard this on "Discover the Classics" tape a few years ago. I played it to much I broke the tape. Now, I finally found it a few days ago on itunes. I am very happy because I have time to sit here and listen to it over and over and write this blog. I have no work-related stress in my life. My biggest stress is taxes. But now that I am experimenting with 12dailypro, I think my tax problem may be solved.

The real estate market is slowing down. I have had my condo on the market for about 2 months now and it hasn't sold. I should have hired a better realtor. They got so spoiled in the past few years. Getting paid all that money for doing nothing! I hoped they saved some of it because they will have to work for it now. I think I will just keep the condo and use it as my D.C. hideaway now that I am moving to West Virginia. Where else can I get a condo 5 minutes outside of D.C. for $50,000?

My house is coming along. I am running over budget, but I think that will change. It seems like all of my businesses and investments and plans are finally starting to take off. I hope the rest of my life will be an adventurous ride.
